The hardest thing about meditating is making the time to sit quietly… to sit and just breath and relax and be present in the moment and appreciative of the gift that God has given you. To over come that hurdle, given that depression can make it hard to get out of bed, let alone keep a schedule, I have created these trainings so that you have someone (me) to practice with, learn from, and receive healings from daily.
All you have to do is dial into Zoom at 9pm and I will guide you and the other Healees in learning how to use meditation to heal Depression in 9 weeks. Again, the hardest thing to do is make time to meditate, so I have created a schedule where we meet daily at the same time to meditate in a group of supportive individuals who are also healing from depression and shedding the old layers so that their inner rainbow can shine through.

9 Weeks of Healing Depression: Learn how to go into meditation and combine mudras and mantras to heal depression. Each week you will be introduced to a new mudra that will actually move energy in your subtle body that will cause physical and psychological changes that will lift your spirits and cause an ascension in your life towards greater degrees of happiness and peace.

4 Weeks of Stress Reduction: Learn how to go into meditation and combine mudras and mantras to learn how to reduce the impact that daily stress has on your life and can be known to take a tool on your health and well being. Each week you will be introduced to a new mudra that will actually move the energy in your subtle body that will cause physical and psychological changes that will strengthen you and allow you to find your center in a chaotic world and no longer be shaken.

I can’t Make it to the 9pm Class Time But I want to Participate, is that okay?
If you can’t make it to the 9pm class please know that each night the class will be recorded and then uploaded into Members Only Section of my website. You can log in at your convenience each day and listen once or many times if needed to receive a healing.
